At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment date and time. All invoices include Texas sales tax. Your session deposit must be made in the form of card via the booking site or digital form of payment.

Clients may choose to pay the full balance upfront or pay the retainer to reserve the appointment date and time.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the session and may be paid through the same invoice or in cash.

Images will not be released until the full balance has been received.

Important: Unpaid deposits will result in your requested date and/or time being released.

Note: All sessions start at the base price listed. Final pricing may vary based on selected add-ons. Be sure to review all add-ons before requesting a session.

• Grace Period & Late Fee: The Photographer provides a fifteen (15) minute grace period from the scheduled start time. Should the Client arrive after this grace period, a $20 late fee will be automatically added to the final invoice.

Cancellation: If the Client cancels, the retainer is non-refundable.

Rescheduling: Requests must be made 48 hours in advance. You CANNOT reschedule the day of the shoot. Retainer fee can be transferable to any future booking if the session is rescheduled.

Weather: In the event of unsafe weather, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule at no additional cost.

The Photographer will perform standard color correction, exposure adjustment, and minor blemish removal.

Extensive Editing: Requests for "body sculpting," background removal, or advanced digital manipulation are not included in standard packages and will be billed $10 per additional premium edited image.

Selection: The Photographer will give the client the opportunity to choose the best images for the final gallery; unedited "RAW" files will NOT be delivered.

Watermarked proof galleries will be delivered within 48 hours after your session.

Clients are responsible for selecting their favorite images from the proof gallery.

Image selections should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the gallery.

Delays in selections may extend the final delivery timeline.

Final images will be delivered within 5-10 business days after I receive your selections. More complex creative edits or larger galleries may take additional time; you will be notified should this be the case.

Should the Client wish to purchase additional edited images beyond the initial fifteen (15), they may do so at the following rates:

• Standard Rate: $10 per additional edited image.
• All additional edit fees must be paid in full before the final images are released.

Rush Service Option: Should the Client require the final images sooner than the standard five-day window, a $50 Rush Fee may be applied. This service guarantees a faster delivery turnaround (to be agreed upon at the time of the request).

If the session exceeds the allotted time, additional studio time may be purchased at a rate of $60 per hour (billed in 30-minute increments). Please note that extensions are subject to the studio’s facility availability and the Photographer’s schedule.

Payment for Extras: Fees for additional locations or extended time must be settled via the Client's preferred digital payment method (Cash, Invoice Link, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle) before the final gallery is released.
